perfect location to the comedy museum. Room was clean with a great mattress and a lot of pillows. Breakfast was nice. It was nice to see the kids having fun with all the waffle fixings.

This is a unique hotel in the middle of Chautauqua Institution. We had a fantastic room and thoroughly enjoyed the history and surroundings.
