"Called in reservation in morning and advised arriving late and what time does the pool close. Was informed it was a 24 hour pool. When we arrived at 9:35 was told pool closes at 10. This is why we chose this hotel. Clerk said the person should not have told us it was a 24 hour pool. Therefore, had almost no time to swim. Not the first time this hotel chain has let us down. Not going to be a choice in the future."
