"The room smells so bad and the staff was very rude and unwelcoming. I literally paid that much ti be able to have the breakfast but Breakfast barely had anything and the bread had mold on it. I called the front desk person and he had the audacity to deny on my face that he doesnt see a mold but fortunately I had already made a video and taken a picture. He didnt bother to change it and said you can make a complain to expedia/hotels.com because thats where you booked from. This was so disappointing and I am not staying in any of these hotels."
