"All the staff I came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful. Everybody was kind said hello and just overall very helpful. I passed the manager on the way to the elevator and she wasn’t there when I checked in she asked me what room I was in. I’ll let her know and she said we’ll just be sure. He’ll let her know if I needed anything at all. My only complaint was that the sink was stopped up at the mini bar refrigerator area. The refrigerator wasn’t level so whenever I put water in it, it would tip forward. You can definitely tell that that hotel hasn’t been renovated in awhile. Unfortunately, I was roomed right next to the elevator in 411 in the elevator is extremely loud. The air conditioner was also loud, but it worked really really well to keep the room pulled off, which I was grateful for. Overall, it was a really good stay again. I’ve stayed there before and will continue to stay there."
