Toilet broken. Shower leaks onto bathroom floor, with doors closed. Non existent insulation between rooms. Could hear the neighbor talking, clear as day. Sheets and towels had stains. Overall, everything needed updating Staff was friendly however.

The room itself was comfortable enough, and convenient to 95. However, we arrived at 1am (we called ahead to confirm this would be fine) after a full day of travel and ahead of another. We got a 12pm late checkout so we could catch enough rest and put the do not disturb sign on the door and opted to skip breakfast, only for them to start pounding on the door and attempting to enter the room at 9:30am, and then call on the phone and say that the system had no record of us in the room! After all that we couldn't fall back asleep and are now driving sleep deprived. Complaints fell on deaf ears and we were just given excuses and no apologies. You work in hospitality! This was not hospitable.
