"The bed and floor were clean and we were only using it to sleep to be fair but the join under the sink kept soaking the floor and the kettle looked mouldy inside so we never got a cuppa. "When we realized we would be later than 6pm to check in I was told that the reception would “be quite cross”. Then I got an email saying they want to put their small children to bed…we were only 15 mins late…shameful if you’re running an Inn… also the front patio is covered in dead plants in broken ..."
