The hotel is clean. Our issue was the security, our truck got stolen. The truck was parked in from of a camera and in front of the office building. I think if the area is not safe, they should contract a security guard. As customers we expect to relax and not encounter this kind of situations.

"Friendly staff. Biggest problem was that there was no desk or drawers under the tv as most hotels have. We had to put one suitcase and 2 carry on bags on the floor. Water pressure poor in shower. Breakfast typical. I did enjoy the bran muffin. "

The airport shuttle was helpful, though it does not run 24 hours. There are also some restaurants nearby. There were some maintenance items in the room that could use attention, and the bed was a bit firm for my preference. In the common areas, I noticed an exposed fire alarm in the hallway that should be addressed. Also, the “business center” listed appears to be a small seating area rather than a functional workspace. Overall, it’s a decent property, but it would benefit from more consistent maintenance and attention to detail."
