"This was my first time in Guatemala City and the hotel had a good location but there were few details in regards to the property that were no so good I am a coffee drinker and to find out the coffee machine it was broken at my room in the morning was a disappointment then no small towels to dry your face, hands and the extra small towel to put outside of the shower so when you step out it avoid to slipping from the wet floor since the showers don’t have doors, it was another disappointing detail I could have call the front desk for all these things but if a hotel has a very good service standard review It should have maintenance people inspecting as often they can it should not be the customer calling for every single item that I need to the front desk to mitigate the issue and by the way the remote control fro tv was not working either. I would recommend to stay there, if there are no other options near this area and the Expedia VIP status doesn’t help at least on this property. So would say it was okay!"
