My only dislike was my room key had issues to the point whenever i came back to my room management had to let mein, but this was not their fault and theres was no way anyone couldve thought this would happen. Management was on top on it every step of the way. I commend them for being so professional. Location was great, beds were perfect, overall this place was perfect. Things happen in life that aren't anyones fault. It would not help to get mad and agitated just deaĺ with it and move forward, that what management and i agreed to do. THEY WERE AWESOME...

Very average hotel overall, on the positive side: the beds and bathroom were clean however our room had not been vacuumed for a while. Hotel is in walking distance to the beach and board walk also which is nice. The overall state of the hotel is rundown and not kept up well. Also, there is a $15/day parking for the hotel which was not disclosed when i booked this hotel. Overall i wouldn't stay here again.

There’s only 2 elevators right next to each other and one broke which cause VERY long wait times to travel for 7 floors worth of people. Pillows were so flat, but beds were comfortable. My son loved the pool and staff were really pleasant.

The location and overall condition of the hotel was very satisfactory. The only issue I had pertained to the bathroom in my hotel room. The overhead light was out and there was no vent for the steam from the shower. There was also signs of mold on the ceiling.

The AC in the room barely worked. The sounds from the bar outside were so loud we had to keep out TV at top volume so we could hear it. The lobby was nice but the elevators were far from the lobby. Not worth the money for this place at all.

This hotel is very dated. The put new counter tops in the bathroom. But the bathroom is so tiny the door doesn't even open all the way. It hits the toilet seat. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom walls. The beds were really soft. The smell of pot filled the hallway and into our bathroom every morning and evening. The price is very affordable but this hotel is old and dated.

Elevators had foul smell, 3rd floor lobby had disgusting smell. Saw people with lot of pets. Room not clean, beds not clean, smell corridors, foul(urine) smell in 3rd floor lobby near elevators. Terrible stay, will not recommend.

The breakfast options were very limited it was sausage waffles and bagels and 2 choices of cereal! Tonya the manager there is great and very friend but their merchant put a $2000 hold on my bank account and screwed the first few days of my trip up there but Tonya made everything right and helped me get to the bottom of it! It had seemed like everyday the hotel itself was out of towels to shower with and the bathtubs and sinks didn’t really drain the water so you always had standing water! Also the ac units don’t work all that great here either especially on the days when it was over 100 degrees
