My ocean view suite was NOT ocean view as advertised. Went to front desk and they said that is the 3rd partys fault because they advertise how they want. The only ocean view rooms are called ocean front. They did nothing about it just told me to contact who I booked thru. Travelocity did nothing not even got back to me.

2nd night in, no water, turned into no Hot water. The elevator broke down, my step daughter was stuck in the elevator until someone came and got her out. The bed was uncomfortable. Parking is a block away, the area where you drive your car into, to check in is small and always congested. Very ackward to leave your car there while you unload and likely no space to even pull in there to unload the bags. I will likely never stay here again, I will look for something else.

The exterior and interior of the property looked amazing. The staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff were able to assist with our stay. We received gifts for Valentine’s Day. Our stay was safe. Love the pool area and outside seating. We will book again.

The only complaint I had isn’t about the hotel itself but the surrounding areas. A lot of shops weren’t signed correctly and have outdated ones. My brother and I walked about 15-40 minutes from our hotel to two separate boba shops. One was closed and the other was completely shut down despite advertising that it was still in business on Apple Maps. Despite that the staff, ppl in general, and the shops that were accessible were great!

For how much you pay for the rook you still have to walk a street over for Parking unless ton pay 26.50 a day for valet. Then it was only one person working the front desk took over 40 minutes to get served and the room still wasn’t ready

Unfortunately our stay was booked and a week out we were told the building was being waterproofed and our balcony was unusable. Actually the door was bolted shut so it couldnt be opened at all. Very disappointing. Only one elevator was functional for a very full hotel of guests. The lines and wait times were super long. We were able to take the stairs but I cant image people on higher floors doing the same. We had an issue with the thermostat in the room and found out that you can not lower the temperature past 65. The front desk staff were very helpful. Nice location. With all the competition in the area I dont see us booking this location again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was incredible. It was bigger than we expected and with the kids everyone had their own space. The kitchen and living room were perfect so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. It was also nice to have amenities throughout the 3 Hilton hotels (kids pool, gym and dining options). The kids said the best part was the playground right in front of the hotel on the beach!

Before our arrival, I spoke with two separate guest service reps. One to inquire about breakfast (I was told there was a third party restaurant/bar), and one to request a rollaway bed for our toddler (I was told yes, to just request it once we arrived). Turns out neither were true and both reps were eager to end the call as fast as possible and unprofessional. The restaurant and bar were closed the entire stay and no rollaways. Upon arrival, we didn't receive anything to welcome us to the hotel. No water, no"kid kit" etc. it wasn't until night 2 that we met Izzy that we received a warm welcome, and exceptional customer service. She gave us a kids kit and the small token went a long way. She is great! We had to swap rooms on day two, because the first room had a strange odor we couldn't pinpoint at first. We discovered the smell was coming from the funky couch the first evening. I won't attempt to describe what we thought the smell was, but it was foul. The second room smelt great, but no pillow case on the bed, missing hand soap, and no shower curtain, and there were odd stains on the sheer curtains. We also attempted to make a pot of coffee the following morning and there was an orange rag shoved deep inside the water tank of the coffee pot. We didn't think to check the water tank before brewing. The pool was great, but some clarity on the website regarding having to walk outside to get to the kid friendly pool would have swayed us staying at this location.
