"It was close to everything in the Downtown Philadelphia area. I walked to City Hall, the Reading Terminal, and even shops nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the check in, housekeeping, valet, and bell service staff!"

"Hotel is nice, clean rooms. Only issue I had was with the valet. The explanation wasn’t clear from the front desk, and the bellman outside thought that since we scanned the valet card with the front desk that my car was on the way. We sat there outside for 25min until I got fed up and asked about my car. The keys were still hanging in the box outside. Then they had an issue finding someone to drive a stick. Valet drivers that can’t drive a stick?!? Should be mandatory. Not terrible but once you check out you just want to get in your car and go, because of their miscommunication and more so lack of communication, we were delayed."
