This property was everything we wanted for our family get together. We came from all over Oregon and Iowa. We've been coming to Yachats for 35 years and this has been my favorite house so far! The views are amazing all day. The house is roomy for family games and chats!

Ivan was awesome at the front desk. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The view from the room was amazing, and there was easy access to the beach. I would stay here again!

It would be great to have a dedicated area for guests to eat the items provided for breakfast, and it would also be good not to advertise “free breakfast” when all you get is wrapped bagels, cereal and yogurt.

The staff was able to help us with an early emergency exit. The room and staff were great. The pool was very nice and clean, surprised to find it open late. So nice to have the staff help us out getting a refund for the early exit.

A hot tub is featured at this vacation home, along with barbecue grills.
Loved the hot tube, just needs some lighting out on the porch. And the bbq might need an up grade.. other then that lots of space didnt use the fire pit cause the molds had a hay day that few days we were there.
