The renovations to the home itself are fantastic. The place was clean and well done...although the living room carpet has seen better days. We were upset however by the lack of utensils, pots and pans for cooking. There is a full kitchen but there are no cooking sheets or enough utensils to make a real dinner. Also there was no soap, no laundry soap and only one dishwasher pod even though we are expected to clean the dishes. There was no basic soaps for bathing so bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap...and the hand soap was watered down so much we had to make a trip to the store to buy these basic provisions which are normally provided. Finally, the neighborhood is in transition, the house next door is literally falling down and the house across the street had lots (and lots) of traffic through most of the evening. Owner was very nice and very communicative.
