Staff were very friendly and professional when checking in and checking out. Very kind with our kids. Room had AC to a nice, cold temperature. Asked for extra blanket and towel and it was quickly provided. Breakfast had typical buffet food, but everything was hot and fresh and good options for kids (sprinkles and chocolate sauce for waffles). Queen suite is roomy. Excellent location if wanting to go to Busch Gardens (it is across the street).

Great family stay to go to Busch Gardens. Hotel shuttle ends before park closes but we safely walked back to the hotel within 10 mins of park entrance. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Only fyi for light sleepers is that you can hear street traffic thru the hotel closed windows. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The morning breakfast was perfect—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Our rooms were upgraded and surprisingly spacious, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel!
