The service was exceptional and the staff could not have been more attentive throughout my time at the hotel (organising activities, in the restaurant and generally just checking in to make sure everything was okay). The rooms are not the most beautiful, but the grounds of the hotel and the reserve are stunning. The wildlife on site is incredible. There is a very handy shuttle bus that takes you to the national park and the beach which was very efficient and convenient. "
