OZO is located in the heart of George Town and it is so close to many restaurants and cafes. 7-11 is just a stone’s throw away; as well as a self service laundromat. The room is kept clean everyday and the staffs are so kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth it- the menu changes all the time so no boring food there. The only thing lacking were the in-room amenities. For a hotel that is rated at least 4 stars, I would have expected it to at least have conditioner and shaver in the toilet. However, everything else makes up for it. Will I stay at OZO again? Absolutely."
