I definitely try to give places the benefit of the doubt...but lately any hotel that's been teamed up with Wyndham is just not worth it. Front desk/walk in area was very disorganized, cluttered and looked a mess. Just started it off on the wrong foot. Front desk staff was great! The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ice machine was empty come morning, water cooler was empty, coffee machines in breakfast area were empty. After taking in the hotel, we decided to eat our breakfast elsewhere. The one good thing was the view of the bridge from our room. Beautiful scenery. The room didn't have the musty smell like some older hotels, but it was just not great. The beds had indents you could clearly see. Again, just not great for the price we paid.

We got a room with a view of the bridge. It had a little outside deck with 2 chairs that we could sit in. The view was breathtaking both day and night. The room was old and could use a facelift.

There was a lot of confusion during my check-in. The next day I was called down to the front desk and told that I had not been charged enough on my credit card. After that was explained to me, I agreed to an additional charge to complete my three night stay. Following that my credit card was charged repeatedly in different amounts. The manager, Danielle, was rude and unhelpful, very defensive, and a very poor representative of good customer service! She continued to charge my credit card even after I checked out and left the property. I had to get help from Expedia customer service, and put a lock on my credit card in order to prevent this property from processing additional charges

Less than impressed

Front desk employee doesn't bother greeting us. I felt like I was a major inconvenience when I arrived. T.V. not working and when I booked the room was told they had TV. I am never staying at this Super 8 again.

Went to check in and was told they didn't have any rooms and that they must have overbooked and there was no rooms available, I told them I already paid and was told I'd have to take that up with Expedia. Needless to say I'm pissed

It was ok for a last minute hotel for our anniversary. was told hot tub wasn't working and we could use a sister hotel, the hotel we were told we could use was hosting an event so couldn't use the hot tub. next morning we found out we were told the wrong hotel. They did compensate a portion of our stay. The view of the bridge was amazing.
