Nice place if your room does not lights shining in

The hotel is nice, room was clean and plenty of towels. We had a major problem in that the parking lot security lights were shining into our room and all they have are sheers on the windows, so the room was like daylight all night long, hard to sleep even though we got there after 8 and were exhausted. Need black out drapes or get rid of parking lot security lights. Not sure if all rooms had this problem but this was unacceptable, terrible nights sleep. Also room was not cooled down and even with air cranked up it took until morning to get room cool.

The women at the front desk were the kindest hotel staff we’ve ever met. They answered all our questions and were so accommodating. The room and bathroom were really nice, however my bed was super uncomfortable. My husband’s bed was comfortable he said. I was disappointed that the breakfast didn’t have premade hot oatmeal. We decided to go out to breakfast because of that. But the hot chocolate was nice! Unfortunately the worst thing about our stay was that someone down the hall from us was smoking weed so whenever we had to walk down the hall it smelled so terrible. Even though it is a little out of the way, we would stay here again.

Morning eggs not very good. Beds ok might need updating soon. Blackout curtains not good at all. Every night the hotels parking lights turn on and shine right into the room. Blackout curtains don’t does not do a very good job.

Usually a great stay (we have stayed here multiple times), except this time when we asked for more pillows, they said they weren’t allowed to give out extra pillows to guests. Also, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable for all of the people in our group (which is why we wanted the extra pillows). The hot tub was also closed down for repairs while we were there and the pool was floating with lots of debris. Will still stay here again because we’ve had so many other great stays, but this time wasn’t quite as good.
