"The room was very clean, and the staff we interacted with were pleasant and friendly. The TV in our room didn't work (the sound on the TV worked, but the screen didn't show any picture). The AC in the room worked great which was important to us! In the morning around 10 when we were checking out, there were housekeepers that were yelling to each other down the hall by 5 or 6 doors which was very loud and seemed a little unprofessional seeing as some guests could have been sleeping still. Overall, the stay was good and we'd probably stay here again."

"We've stayed here multiple times, but this time their were visible crumbs on the carpet when we got there, yellow spots on the bathroom wall, and the tv was broken. Fortunately we didn't plan on spending much time in the room anyhow, but overall it was an underwhelming stay."

"I appreciate a clean room and bathroom, they did not disappoint. The window let a lot of highway noise in. Breakfast was okay, typical scrambled eggs, fatty sausage, toast, waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereals, mini donuts. The lobby and grounds were nice, plenty of parking. There is a pool that was closed, but they don't have it listed in the description so that was okay."

"Everything was pretty good could use a few new things as they are broke or pretty worn. Swimming was good pool was warm, hot tub hot. Lots of parking. A few mystery stains on walls. Fridge didn’t work and smelt moldy. Water pressure great. Ate cereal with a fork lol. Pretty basic breakfast, waffles, toast, cereal, juice, coffee. Not terrible but not great."

"The staff was amazing, I will give them that as an above average score. Sadly, everything else was subpar. First of all I had an “accessible” room, and the only thing accessible about it, was the 2 rails that had been install around the toilet which were in useable due to their positioning. It had a seat in the tub with the smallest lip to keep the water in the shower, with no drain in the main floor of the bathroom. Worst of all the toilet. It was a standard toilet. As someone who has trouble walking and standing it was like sitting on the floor. Once on the toilet and finished it was awful trying to get up due to the improperly placed rails and the low toilet. I didn’t eat breakfast, or go into the hot tub. The room was decently cleaned and if we needed anything towels/extra linen the staff was happy to help. "
