Best Western Golden Prairie Inn & Suites
"Our stay was great except for the daysgift front desk person on Sat and Sun. Our keys quit working on Saturday when my husband told her she made it known she didn't know how it kept happening after all her master key was working. Next morning as we are eating breakfast I watched three different people come up to the desk to check+out each time they had to wait awhile since she kept going to the back, it was check out time she was not paying attention to the front desk. Again on Sunday our keys quit working when I went up to get new keys her first question was are you putting your keys near your phone, I told her no mine was on the dresser and my husband's in his wallet. She got quite snippy with me and acted like the issue was all our fault. When I informed she didn't need to have am attitude she got very upset with me. I've done customer service for years taken many classes on customer service and expect to revive good customer service. I would have never treated a customer the way she did even the nastiest customers, yes I get it's hard but it's your job. I choose this motel because of how great of service we got in May. I will think twice before I choose it next time we go to Sidney to visit our son and his family."
