As soon as we arrived we were greeted and shown to an available front desk clerk who was nice enough to accommodate my request to be on the same floor as my sister and niece. The only strange thing was the bathtub made a creaky noise when stepping into it, like it wasn’t really connected to the wall.
Everything was wonderful. Location room staff ect. The one thing that really upset myself and my travel companions was parking. They state parking is available. This is very miss leading the have no parking or affiliation with any lot. We had rented 4 motorcycles to travel japan. We arrived at hotel expecting to be able to park for the one evening until we set off on our 2 week journey. The only parking is public parking nothing to do with hotel. Price is insane. $48 us for 1 night ber bike × 4= $196. This was as much as a room. They had more than enough room where taxis park .You would think they could have accomodated us. But No.

Great location, abundant staff for check in. Great views from all aspects of hotel. The bar/lounge area and dining area were a plus. Breakfast buffet delicious and diverse. The rooms were spacious and the phone was very handy! All the bathroom toiletries were upscale. Loved the seat warmer on toilet! Also, they had a convenient store with pretty much anything needed. Also, in room coffee and tea. Close to shopping, restaurants, transit system. Starbucks is literally a few minute walk!
