The room was clean. The building appears to have ongoing renovations. The room I booked (king) was not available when I arrived. The room I was given keys to had a couple in it and fortunately they understood. I am not sure I would stay there again.

I had a great stay at Cottonwood Suites Savannah. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, and everything felt clean and comfortable. The location made it easy to get around, and overall it was an excellent value for the price. I’d definitely stay again.

The front desk employee that handled our check in was very nice and friendly. There is no elevator. The stairway wasn't very clean. Our room wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom. Lots of small repairs need to be made. For the price, I guess it hasn't that bad. Considering we were checking in after 11:30 pm after driving nearly 1000 miles, we weren't looking to spend a lot, just wanted clean and comfortable.

First room 138 she gave us had not been cleaned. Debris of renovation and door hinges on the floor by entry door. Second room 140 which is next door, the floor lifted some area. When we were using the shower, water didn’t drain out but flooded into toilet up to bathroom door. We had to use all the towels to control flooding.
