"The key wouldn’t work. The room was beyond disgusting. There was a mouse trap in the room. The microwave was rusted into. Everything was stained with fluids. The smoke detector was broken. The door going into another room was blocked by a chair. The floors had hair, dirt and stuff everywhere. The ceiling was covered in mold or decay, the bathroom tiles were falling off, the shower curtain rod was propped up. The sheets were stained. The lamps were broken. Just not fit for even a dog house. We paid and left without a refund."

"Building was clean and nice. They are doing some renovations but we never heard anything. Room was pretty and clean. We used the pool and laundry facility which were both well kept. Only seems 1 elevator was working but wasn't a problem. Neighborhood felt safe. Food places nearby. Breakfast was good. Would stay again!"

"We came on vacation for a week but after 3 days the management said they are not an extended stay and ifwe booked we would get Bo refund and st lo couldn't stay! So rude! Then at breakfast, a homeless man with open oozing sores all over him was touching all over the food, so we could even eat then lastly we noticed bedbugs"
