"Little America Hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked most basic room ( Garden View room) located not in a tower, but in one of the two story buildings. The room was large, clean, great, comfortable bedding and plush towels. Provided toiletries were of good quality. Coffee machine in the room was very convenient as well and of decent quality. The Coffee Shop for breakfast was wonderful ( like an upscale diner experience) and one of the lounges in Great America with live music and superb charcuterie board and good drinks was a surprising experience. Location of the hotel was great. We walked about half hour ( at slow pace and looking around) to the Temple Square and Center Creek Mall across the temple ( would highly recommend both) and on departure day we took the TRAM right across the street from the hotel’s entrance to the airport. The walk from the TRAM station in the airport to gates and car rental area was extremely easy, very short ( less then 10 minutes for sure, all within the terminal). The TRAM could be used to explore Downtown and other areas as well but we chose to do so on foot. Hotel grounds and lobby with beautiful landscape and fireplaces are a pleasure to walk through. If ever again in Salt Lake City, we would definitely stay again. As others pointed out, there are no water refilling stations, you can purchase bottled water for $2.50 a bottle on the property. Breakfast is not included. None of that was an issue to us. Staff is very pleasant and helpful."

"I did not end up staying at the Metropolitan, I asked to see the room and it was horrible. I left. Note to everyone Expedia does nothing to give back a full refund if the place is horrible ! Expedia won’t let you cancel a horrible place as it will tell you the stay is in process. Beware of who you are booking with! "
