Had a wonderful experience on the shores of Cabo as this is an amazing place to stay! The host was very communicative for checkin and any questions throughout our stay. Everything was as advertised and made for a a very relaxing weekend enjoying the sound of waves from our balcony. With the beach accessible just outside the property and restaurants a short walk away this makes for a no hassle trip. Will not hesitate to come back to this property.

This place was amazing! Right on the water, pristine beaches just steps away, beautiful and well manicured grounds, pool, 3 hot tubs, surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a couple of great little restaurants right next door! Oh and a surf school! Our host was very communicative and super helpful. Helped us arrange transfers to and from the airport and available to answer questions via text. We had a magical time here and hope to be back again soon!

The apartment was very clean. The layout was very great. The beds were comfortable, the lounge space was comfy and the deck had a nice view of the waves. The air conditioning was perfect and very much needed. The hosts left nice drinks and snacks in the fridge which was appreciated. We would love to visit again.

Perfect Place to Stay in Cabo

The condo is remodeled nicely and has everything you need - comfy beds, lots of kitchen supplies, and an incredible ocean view on the expansive deck. Great location with a swimmable and surfing beach right out front, well maintained pool/jacuzzis and a couple casual restaurants next door. Excellent communication with the host - would definitely book this place again!

I loved everything about the property except the bedrooms were on the highway and noisy. I also want you to know the a/c vent in entry was leaking water when I left on Monday. I hope they housekeeper noticed and got Maintenance in to fix. Your service was prompt and helpful. Thank you for suggestions and making my stay wonderful.

Clean, basic condo right on the beach with easy surf assess

The condo fit our needs. It is very basic and clean and we were able to do any cooking we wanted to in the kitchen. The locker had surf boards that you can easily walk to the surf in front of the condos. The team who manages this property are very communicative and available to help if needed. The location is right off the highway so loud, white noise machines are provided. The condo as a whole is nice and the pool was great for kids. There aren’t a lot of kids in the condo and the crowd is older. I get the sense they don’t want the noise and ruckus that comes with kids but it was tolerated okay. Anyone under 13 is not allowed in the hot tub and they are very strict about this. Overall, an easy place to stay if you don’t want a resort that is in a good location.

Absolutely beautiful!!

My son and i so enjoyed the location and amenities. It is directly on zippers for those surfers out there. Only issue was the elevator. I am undergoing some treatment that made the stairs very difficult so if stairs are challenging, be sure the elecator is back up and running. Other than that…absolutely perfect!!

We will be back! The view was amazing and the location of the unit was perfect. The condo was spacious, clean and had all that we needed for a perfect vacation. The reservation process and follow up/communication from the property manager and staff was beyond our expectations and really appreciated to help make us feel welcome and taken care of if anything was needed. Our family of 4 has a great week at Las Olas!

Dana and Laury were awesome prior to our trip and during our vacation while answering our questions and giving us insider tips. Laury gave us some awesome recommendations for dinner (so good!) and Dana was able to give us tips for surf spots and board rentals. The apartment was what we expected and needed. They have updated the bathrooms and they are nice. The whole place will need a deep clean after update projects are finished to clean out all of the construction dust. It was super helpful to have a washer/drier on hand and they provide soaps for bathroom, kitchen and laundry. We used public busses (super easy), Taxis and rented the suburban for a few days. All are easy to use and worked well. All people we encountered on our trip were very friendly and answered questions for us. Only bummer is that the kids can’t get in the hot tub (and they definitely got cold from wind chill) but Dana had let us know prior so we were prepared. We would definitely repeat this trip!

Great stay, no surprises

Had a great time. Las olas is in one of the best locations in the area if you like surfing, snorkeling,and any other beach activity. The unit was as described and consistent with other reviews. A bit dated but everything worked, and having a well functioning washer, dryer, dishwasher, toaster etc... Really makes things easy. Had some minor stress about not getting specific instructions in advance about how to access the unit, but had no problem when we arrived and were even able to check in early.

The appartment is old and ugly

The location is great but the appartment is old, it need to be renovated! It is not in condition to be offer for rent. All the faucets doesnt work, the showers too. The first night we couldnt sleep for the noise of the air conditioner, the following day they repair it. The door of the suite is broken and you have to leave the black out down otherwise the people of the same floor can see you in the toilet. We also reant the suburban that they offer, it is a dissaster! The air conditioner doesnt work in the first 10 minutes, and it is a really hot city, the doors doenst close, you have to leave the car open, the windows doesnt work too. The leather of the seats is damagge so you have to seat in the cushion. Laury is helpfull but the appartment need to be renew otherwise is not good for rent, it is very expensive in relation of the state of it.

Beautiful spot

We took a group of 6- 2 adults and 4 kids-- to this 2 bedroom condo. The best part of it is the view and location right on the beach. Kids loved the pool, I loved enjoying the view from it. Laury was amazing with all sorts of concierge-type help. She booked us a boat and snorkel tour, found us a chef to cook for us in-house, and did airport transfers. I would definitely recommend their chef--tasty, healthy food at a price better than eating out. And she made accomodations for kids' tastes. Overall a relaxing vacation. Be aware the bedrooms and bathrooms could use some updating. The Suburban gets the job done, but is a little beat up. If you're used to new cars, you'll want to rent at the airport. Excellent Views!

The views from this condo are amazing! Whale watching from the balcony and beautiful sunrises were what we enjoyed the most during our stay. The owner and his property manager were very helpful and solved any minor problems we had quickly. The condo does need to be updated, but it was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
