Summary:
Hola! And welcome to our fabulous 2-bed, 2-bath 1900 square foot nicely equipped condo at Las Mananitas in San Jose’ del Cabo, Mexico!
We are in phase 1 of the complex with direct ocean views and are situated on the second floor only steps away from the beach.  This secure, well maintained complex is a joy to behold.

The Space:
Bring your family and enjoy the host of amenities such as a large air-conditioned gym, tennis/pickleball court, 3 pools and hot tubs, covered dining/grilling facilities, washrooms and plenty of lounges to relax under the palms or umbrellas.  Three swim-up bars at each of the three pools, are equipped with sink, fridge and ice-maker for you to host your friends and family.
The condo itself has a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining and living area which houses a huge smart TV, comfortable couches and opens to the enormous patio.  Each bedroom has TV, A/C, comfortable beds and its’ own bathroom. The master has a King bed and huge tub with separate shower.  The second bedroom has two queen beds, TV and separate access to the other bathroom.
The laundry room has a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, beach towels and cooler. An added bonus is the owners’ extra fridge with condiments for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Situated fifteen minutes from the international San Jose’ airport, the renowned condo complex is within a five to eight minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops (yes, Starbucks!), large grocery stores and tourist information.  Everything you need is at your fingertips.  The historic and cultural hub of San Jose’ is a short drive or Uber away and hosts a Thursday evening Art Walk with music, wine tasting and food for the whole family!  Oh what fun!  See what others rave about and book your next vacation with us at Las Mananitas!

Great location & Ocean front!

We love the location, minutes away from grocery stores and downtown San Jose.The grounds and pool are beautiful and clean, the condo has everything you need, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook.We are looking forward to come back and stay at las mañanitas, I also want to say thank you to our host Carlos he was always a phone call away to answer any questions.

Lovely Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well situated, but a bit of an uphill climb to the grocery stores for us in our 70’s. It was helpful to use our carryon luggage to bring home groceries. Lovely restaurants nearby and the ‘Centro’ of San Jose del Cabo was lovely, great restaurants and an inexpensive Uber ride away. Restaurant meals were pricier than we expected. The beach is the best we’ve seen and the whale watching from our balcony a special bonus.

Very nice condo

Had a great time. The condo is very nice. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning and internet worked very well. Plenty of towels for beach. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Condo is close to the large supermarket and short walk to restaurants. Kids liked body surfing in waves. We had a great time and definitely would stay again.

San Jose Del Cabo trip

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo and complex were flawless—spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views were breathtaking, especially watching the sunrise right from bed. We fell in love with the terrace. The location is unbeatable, with easy walking access to restaurants and shopping. If you’re heading into Cabo, Uber is convenient and affordable. Overall, it was a fantastic and relaxing trip!
