Hermosa suite de 2 dormitorios y baño con entrada privada. Muy grande, tranquilo, limpio 2 habitaciones con baño privado. Tiene camas king y queen, sofá. No hay acceso a la cocina, pero la habitación tiene una cocina equipada con microondas, nevera con congelador, cafetera, tostadora, caldera, productos de papel, utensilios, cafetera / tetera y una mesa para la preparación de alimentos fríos. WiFi, TV, Netflix, SlingTV, HBO están disponibles.

Mi lugar está situado en el corazón Citrus Heights, cerca de la intersección de dólar Lane y Sunrise Avenue. Muy cerca del centro comercial Sunrise Mall, donde se puede encontrar todo tipo de entretenimiento, como una sala de cine, bar, lugares para cenar, buffets, tiendas de café y un montón de tiendas. We were pleasantly surprised with everything. The neighborhood was so quiet and with a very safe feeling. The home was so cute and very clean. The kitchenette was very convenient for us. At first cleaning our dishes in the bathroom was funny however we managed.I met Oxana and she is so nice. We were able to chat and she informed me that there are more homes Sergie owns. I will for check them out and use this owner again.

This experience for us was a sanctuary that helped us during a difficult time.

Beautiful place.

Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely.

Quick visit to my daughter. There are only three rooms in the entire place. The one bedroom has the coffee station, the small refrigerator, the table and the TV. So that is not a shared space. It worked out quite well for us, however

Citrus Heights, CA family visit

Please pay close attention to the pictures, you get exactly what you see. No kitchen with a stove (to cook simple breakfast), only sink is in the bathroom (where you're expected to wash the plates and cups you use--that drainer in the picture that sits between the bathroom sink and the toilet, it's really there--to wash your dishes and let them drip dry, in the bathroom--next to the toilet!) and no overall living room/family space to chill during the day to watch TV or relax. The temperature is controlled by the owner, so our December stay was very cold. The owner provides an electric heater, but who wants to drag that around to each bedroom and bathroom? Even the hallway was cold! So, to summarize, if you need a place to sleep for a night during the spring or fall when the temperatures aren't extreme, this is the place. But if you're looking for a place to stay for a 5 day visit in the Winter or Summer, you may want to find a place that gives you control of the thermostat, has a stove, a kitchen sink, and a room for the family to hang out togther.

Nice but noisy

The place is very clean and nice, great neighborhood. The AC and the fridge are so loud it kept me up every night. In addition the crying infant woke me up in the middle of the night. The walls are very thin between the house and the rental. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper like myself. I actually checked out a day early and stayed with a friend to get a solid night's sleep before having to drive 10 hours back home. I won't stay here again.
