"Great location if on a business trip to the Bay Area, and even when accompanied by family. Conveniently located to reach various places in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and Mountain View. We had a rental car, though. Ample car parking. Nice breakfast with friendly/helpful staff managing that. The hot water jacuzzi was great. I only wish the lady at the reception were a bit warmer and friendlier. (Checked in about 10 am Sunday, May 18.) "

"Stayed here for 2 nights. It was nice. Check in process was great. We came an early and were told to wait to check in or there would be a fee. However after 5 min of waiting we were told we could check in. We didn’t use any of the amenities, but everything looked clean. Our room is clean and spacious bathroom lots of mirrors and a nice little balcony. For service I would have given five stars however when my husband and I arrived from a night out, we attempted to purchase alcohol at 1:30 and we were told because it was closer to 2 o’clock that we weren’t able to. Maybe that’s just hotel policy. I don’t know. So that was the only downside otherwise it was a very nice stay. "
