Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while the sun rises or an evening glass of wine by the fire pit as the moon peaks over the hills. We are the perfect place for those who want to enjoy all the area's sites without the hustle and bustle of the crowd. We are conveniently located close to I-81, a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Ashville or Bristol.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave towels on bathroom/laundry floor
Make sure all trash is in kitchen size bags in cans by end of drive.
Make sure all dishes are washed, can be in dishwasher running.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only Kitchen Size Bags in outside trash bins. NO LOOSE TRASH! Pets are the responsibility of the owner, any damage or excessive cleaning will be charg
Do not park on the grass. $150 fee will apply to anyone parking on the grass. Do not use anything but toilet paper in toilet, no wipes, tampons, etc.
Any furniture moved must be placed back where it was or a fee if $50 will apply,
