It's ok

The hotel itself is pretty dated. Our room had a bath/shower combo. It had an incline on the left of the tub that would constantly cause you to go off balance while showering and there were no grip bars for safety. I'm not sure that the hotel is ADA compliant in that regard. The air conditioner wasn't very efficient, and our room was very humid. Check-in /out was an easy process.

The key lock on the door did not function properly. The front desk reprogrammed 3 times and housekeeping and the maintenance person could not get in. Finally the desk person was able to get in. 1 of my cards would work after several attempts. It was like that each time we tried to enter the room. I don’t believe the a/c temperature is reading correctly. We had it set on 66 and it was still hot. It was cycling on periodically. The breakfast is less than desirable. We ended up going to a restaurant on the second day. Overall it was not very pleasant.

Room was not clean as long black hair was on bed. First floor room while great for our dog needed air freshener in addition to thorough cleaning. Expedias map directions in your app were incorrect and delayed our arrival by a half hour.

The room was clean, no bugs. The fridge and microwave were well maintained and clean. The bed was not very comfortable and anytime the person above us ran water, it would drip from the panel in the ceiling over the tub. So not much sleep was had. Kinda disappointed after paying roughly $100 a night

FALSE ADVERTISING

This property false advertised that they have chargers for electric cars. Want to tell the manager that it’s falsely listed? Forget it! Management refuses to come to the phone or call you back. If you want a place to stay and you have an electric car don’t book here. They have no charging and will continue to advertise that they do so that they can falsely draw ppl in to stay here on the false conditions. The most maddening thing is that the manager won’t even speak to anyone or call you back to address the issue. World class service.

When i arrived, i checked in and they gave me my room. I go to my room to find someone already in there. They gave MY Room away to some other person. And the guy at the counter was like we may not have no other rooms available. I’ve contacted them to get a refund or a partial refund for the inconvenience and they denied it.
