We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and like it, but only 1-2 elevators go to the rooms were working. We were on the 10th floor and had to walk the stair case multiple times due to the extremely long lines to get on the elevators. For the price we pay, you’d think they could get those fixed prior to a weekend

I called ahead to ensure we could use the pool ahead of check-in at 2pm, and they said yes. When we arrived at 1:30, the staff said I called some call center and they couldn’t do that unless they charged me $20 for “early check in”. So that was frustrating. The room smelled faintly of pot smoke, which also plagues the parking garage. A couple people were walking around the lobby “hiding” their vaping like everyone couldn’t see it, no enforcement or staff doing anything about it. The pool area is nice, views are great, the beds were comfortable and the room mostly quiet. Food was good and priced fairly reasonably.

There was hair all over the bathroom from previous guests , The shower would not shut off it dripped all night , not all of the elevators were working , and they were extremely slow . We played cards and one of the dealers was EXTREMELY RUDE ! No interaction unless you did something wrong , ear plugs in , made payouts that were wrong numerous times . Just did not feel welcome when he was dealing

Clean room, cozy beds, and nice amenities. My only complaint would be that my neighbors complained about our music one night and it was not super loud or late, which was a little obnoxious. The casino floor manager Trish was incredibly rude one night because my fiance had an unopened beer with him, even though he was not going to drink it in the casino. Again, it was unopened but she kicked us out of the casino because we pushed back on her a little. She was very rude and we spent a lot of money gambling there all weekend. Aside from that, the hotel and casino were very nice.
