"The toilet in my room didn't have a lid on it. I don't know what has happened since my last stay at this place, but even the supervisor wasn't able to tell me. I wonder if it might have been the fact that they gave me a handicapped room even though I didn't request one. Also, I should have gotten a discount, but since I booked the room through Hotels.com, they couldn't make any adjustments to the rate or the room itself. Overall my stay was much less enjoyable than it has ever been in the past. I'm going to have to think really hard before ever booking here again."

"The hotel was not bad overall. It was a bit challenging navigating the hotel lobby and construction aspect as well as when the elevator to the parking garage was temporarily down. The mattress was a bit firm. My husband and I had our very first bidet experience which was interesting to say the least. Location wise is in a good spot downtown. I wish the bed was a bit more comfortable than it was."
