"Everything was SO great, as always! Had one problem upon checking into the room .... we proceeded to pull out the pull-out sofa and make up the bed, since it was close to bedtime. We found that the bed was badly damaged. Upon calling the front desk, they immediately moved us to a different room, even upgraded us! We hadn't disturbed anything else in the room so that worked out great! They were all so helpful, especially Wayne!"

"We have a family of 7 and stay here every time we make trips to Rapid. The family suits have never let us down. They have always been clean, and staff is always friendly and willing to get you extra amenities if needed. The building it’s self it’s very well kept, it is a little older yearly wear and tear but we’ve never had any issues with things not working or rooms being dirty. We’ve had great experiences when we’ve stayed here. If you have big families you’re traveling with. The family suite is where it’s at!"
