Quick Weekend Getaway

This was a last minute trip and the house did not disappoint. It is beautifully decorated and felt and smelled clean. Sufficient kitchen essentials and tools, only thing a little frustrating was learning to use the microwave and induction stove (just make sure the pot bottom is flat or the stove will not stay on). Master bathroom shower was massive and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Area is nice and quiet and wonderful neighbors. Fishing was a little lack luster that weekend but my guys were able to catch a few flounders on check out day so they were excited. Pier was nice and convenient and I know fishing is usually more productive in the area as we've fished there before but it does not take away from property. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Vacation 2023

Overall this was a great property, nice neighborhood and location on the canal. Upon arrival the property was everything we desired and very clean. A very modern house that slept 2 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. The fishing was good even got to see a dolphin come thru from time to time. My only hold up to the property which was minor to me was there was only 1 roll of Tyler toliet tissue and paper towel and only a couple trash bags and not enough towels for showers which i had no problem going into town to purchase. Overall I rate this property 5 stars and will definitely bring my family here again

Awesome and Secluded Getaway

House is beautiful, modern, and definitely a SMART home. House sits right on a channel with a view of the Texas Intra-coastal waterway. Fun to watch ships come through every evening. Fishing right out back from private pier. If you have your own boat and looking to fish the bay or the Atlantic, this is the place for you.

Excellent property with amazing view!

We spent two nights at this beach house and visited Bolivar flats beach. Omg, what an amazing experience! The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, very beautifully theme decorated with impressive features. The property has a very relaxing ambience. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil imaginable and we were able to very quickly and easily prepare all our meals (Thank you induction cooktop!!). The bedrooms and bath were stocked with all necessary linen. We were able to stay here seamlessly with two young children (5 yo and 2 y.o), and everyone had an amazing time. The view is lovely and fishing is so easily accessible! There were even beach toys for the kids that we were able to borrow (I forgot to pack the kids’ toys, but this property has everything covered for an enjoyable beach vacation!). I highly recommend this beach house!

Beautiful Home - Peaceful Canal Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful nearly new home located in an upscale, peaceful neighborhood. The house is tastefully decorated and the outside decks allow great views of the intercoastal waterway traffic (without the noise) and sunset over the bay.

Beware of property management company.

This property was listed as sleeping 6 adults. When we got there the sofa sleeper was broken. When we called about it, the management co. Said it had been broken by the people who had stayed there 2 times before us. We felt we should have been notified about this before we arrived so we could have found somewhere else to stay. We also felt they had plenty of time to take care of the problem. My grown son ended up having to sleep on the floor for our week stay. On our way to Port Bolivar the management company called to inform us that the electricity would be off Monday from 7 am to 7 pm. It actually came back on Tuesday at 6:30 am. We were not upset about the power outage as they have no control over it. What we were upset about was the fact that my son and son-in-law both have generators we could have brought if they had only notified us sooner. The management company said they themselves had only received word that day. However when we talked to the locals they said they had known for 2 weeks. It took 2 and 1/2 weeks of dealing with the management company before they offered a more reasonable settlement. I still have not received the money so if they respond to my text, I would like the chance for a rebuttal. This was our 2nd time to stay at this property so we were excited to come again but I cannot imagine us staying there again due to the information the management company withheld from us.

Great Property/Home - Supplies and Service Very Lacking

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. We were two couples. The home itself is very nice and as advertised. The living area and upper deck were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and firm. The stovetop was odd and required that you use supplied pans, although some of them would cause the stovetop to click off; using the stovetop required trial and error. Service and supplies was the largest issue. There was no toilet paper, no paper towels, no laundry detergent (even though we were requested to start a load of towels before we checked out), no facial tissue, no garbage bags, only two very small bars on soap for each bath sink (no soap in showers), etc. I reported these missing things the morning after we arrived and was told the evening before we checked out that I could purchase them myself and be reimbursed ( I just purchased them and forgot about it). If these items are not provided that should be stated in the listing and I would have brought them with me. With attention to these details and more responsive service this property would get a 5 star rating from me. But not with a lack of said service.

Beautiful house just not clean

This house is very up to date and beautifully decorated. I was just so disappointed that it was dirty. Turn key ended up giving us A credit Bc I let them know. They were going to send someone back but I had already cleaned so no point. Other than that the fishing was good and we do plan on going back. I just really hope they start cleaning it.

The house was just as the pictures. Very nicely decorated and spacious for us.

I will definitely book again. It was in a great location. Not to far from the ferry landing. The beach and stores were a short drive down the road. Make sure to bring cleaning supplies. The kitchen was not as clean as it should have been. Counters, table, floor and cabinets were all needing cleaning. Also bring own trash bags, that's the only thing we forgot. Other than that everything was great. A quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Nice Rental House in Laguna Harbor

VERY CLEAN & VERY MAINTAINED! Kitchen is stocked w/kitchen ware, all you need to bring is your groceries. Both living areas is comfortable, & both beds have memory foam- sleeps like your on a cloud!!! Full size washer & dryer comes in handy for those days after the beach. I would, definitely, rent this house again!!!

Great clean canal house

This property was just as nice in person as it was in the photos. Arrived to a super clean house. My husband loved the canal front location. This allowed him to fish but also be close to the rest of the family. My son even caught his first fish.
