"Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few issues that affected the experience. During check-in, the receptionist was on a personal video call, laughing and chatting while assisting me. She continued talking on the phone while hurriedly trying to find my room key, which came across as unprofessional and made me feel like I wasn’t receiving her full attention. There was also an issue with the parking lot exit gate, which was inconvenient. The breakfast area was quite small and crowded, and unfortunately, I didn’t find the food particularly enjoyable. On the positive side, the room itself was satisfactory and the stay was comfortable enough. While the hotel met basic expectations, there is definitely room for improvement in customer service and breakfast quality."

"Floor os was dirty. It's a shame with a renovated place . They charge for parking and make you sign kf anything happens they are not responsible. So why charge money then ? I have a gold membership with Expedia and asked for a better room location but they didn't have while hotel was empty. Girls at the front desk need to show a better attitude. At least smile and welcome guests we don't bite we pay money to stay. I Travel to Montreal for business every week .but definitely this is not my place I stayed there few time but after this bad experience I would pay more money and go to a better place. Armon plaza next door is one of my favorites."

"Great location near the airport, fairly good amenities. Restaurant could use a bit of an expanded menu and a couple more waitstaff. Shower drain was very slow. Asked the desk to have someone look at it twice but no change. But I’ll be back. Everything else is great and can go to Sheraton across the street for larger restaurant and food options"
