Great experience all around

Beautiful condo in excellent condition. We have stayed in about 12 different units in this building over the years, and this was the nicest we’ve experienced. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, furniture comfortable and everything worked. Excellent communication as well. Layout of the condo works well for families and overall location remains one of our favorites for quiet family trips to the beach. We want to stay here again next summer.

Walk Down Memory Lane

We had a great time. We owned a condo in this building when it was built and spent many weeks here. It was like traveling down memory lane. The sand is beautiful. The host was so nice and attentive to our needs. We would recommend this condo as a great vacation place.

Beyond our expectations

What an amazing property. The beach views from the balcony and the short walk to the beach are priceless. The unit is very roomy and would be great for a family. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen or anywhere we have ever stayed. The checkin/out is smooth, communication is great and Tony is exceptional. Highly recommend this unit and would gladly stay again if we return to the area.

The Best of Perdido Key

We loved staying at 401 W Ocean Breeze! We’ve stayed at lots of places along the Florida Gulf Coast and this is probably the best. The property is so much easier to get into and out of than any high rise. Great location along Perdido Key, close to restaurants and Publix but not crowded or traffic congested like other areas along 30A. A short drive to the National Seashore at Johnson Beach with miles and miles of beautiful, blindingly white beaches. Close to fishing charters. Easy to get out to the beach. The property itself is tastefully decorated and very well appointed and organized. It’s an end unit so more natural light than typical high rises. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and the beach. Just beautiful! Will definitely stay again when we are back in Florida!

Hands down best condo, location & owners ever

Everything was exactly as described & absolutely perfect. There was nothing that I would change. Beds are very comfortable, great layout, very functional, appliances all updated & decor is extremely homey & tasteful. Rob even called to check on us to make sure everything was going ok. Amazing condo, beach & owners!! Perfect location - close enough to everything but still feels private & secluded.

Great property. Beautiful and clean. Would stay again.

Property managers were fantastic to work with and unit was great and well maintained. The only thing is we should have brought our own bath towels as a family of 6 needs more than 3 bath towels and make sure to bring your own toilet paper. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property. The owners are incredibly kind. They checked on us during our stay. The property is fresh, clean and easy to navigate. We appreciated the fact that it wasn’t a large property, so time was wasted waiting on elevators or entering/exiting the beach. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Definitely reccomend staying there if you get a chance. The location was great. Not too far from gulf shores or Pensacola. Also down the street from lilians pizza which was a plus. Robert the owner answered every question we had quickly. We had to leave a day early cause of Tropical Storm Barry and get to our house before the storm it. Rob checked in on us to make sure we were ok. That's the first time I've had the owner check up on us during a stay and after with the storm. I give the condo five stars on everything and definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Perdido area.
