Great service from the staff, the breakfast very good also, the only thing I would change is the bed, the mattress was too soft and the pillows were not comfortable.

Staff was very courteous and helpful with my request for a fan. The room was clean but a little tired as far as the couch was concerned. The reason I gave it three stars was the lighting was very poor. There was no lighting over the couch so you could not read anything there. And the two lights over the bed where the dimmed bulbs imaginable, making reading in bed a challenge. There was one lamp at the table that was adequate the breakfast was good.

The staff were great but the property is a little run down. We had a bathroom fan that was so loud it sounded like an unbalanced washing machine above us. The staff moved us to another room and it was good. They were also out of regular cream for the coffee and told us there would be some the next morning but there wasn’t. Luckily they had milk at breakfast so we used it. The breakfast was good. We are accustomed to better when staying at a Hampton Inn.

The room was clean, check-in process was easy. The only issues were the breakfast was limited if you arrive after 9am. Also the bathroom area was small in size. We would stay here again though. Convenient location to freeway.

Run down room. Old worn upholstery, creaky bed, stained outdated bedspread, flat pillows, insanely loud bathroom fan, old worn cabinets, nit a single towel bar in the bathroom to be able to hang towels. Surprised at the lack of quality - the Best Western would have been a better pick. The lounge at the hotel entry is deceptive - this room needed a serious upgrade. Unhappy with the money we paid.
