Weekend trip

We had a weekend trip down to play sotfball. The house was good, but the water pressure was awful. This was our 2nd stay at this house and i dont know was going on with the water. I reached out to our contact but unfortunately the issue wasnt able to be resolved. I think faucets need to be replaced.

Family Girls trip

We took my 13 month niece on her first girls trip to the Lake. The house was in a quiet are nestled within several trees not far from the golf course. We enjoyed being close to the Margaritaville Resort. Would rent again.

Privacy and togetherness in one place

This property was perfect for our stay in Lake of the Ozarks. We could socialize in the living areas and all of the bedrooms offered privacy when needed. The only reason cleanliness got a star demotion is a few stains on the carpet of the upstairs loft. The property management company was wonderful, even when we had to last minute be there a day earlier. This property is now in my favorites!

Work holiday

Was there in Camdenton doing some work on a friends farm & had the rest of wk after I finished. My family & I had the best time. We did all the tourist things. We went to Branson & lake of the ozarks so many other places. Great time

Nice Place

I was unable to stay at Margaritaville for meetings I had to attend so this was the next best. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Only thing I feel should be mentioned is the sulfur water. That’s a shocker but not a deal maker. Great price.

Good location but in need of updating

The location was great but the house could definitely use some updating and repair. The handle on one of the showers was broken, as was a toilet paper holder. The carpet was pretty stained (especially upstairs) and the furniture was worn and stained as well. The pictures on the listing definitely made it appear nicer than it actually was. It was clean fire time most part.

Overall good experience

The property was relatively clean, check-in was very simple, the cabin was cute and would be perfect for a family with kids or teenagers. (not necessarily toddlers or very young children). The screened porch was adorable, but there were a lot of wasps nests on the outside, with holes in the screen so I actually ended up getting stung twice. That's not necessarily the hosts' fault because it's a risk of nature, but, if there not so many wasps nests attached to the outside of the screened porch, it may have been prevented.

Great for girls trip

We loved the screened in porch with the outdoor tv in the evenings. Very large bedrooms and having three full baths was a plus. The mattresses in the downstairs bedroom could stand to be replaced but were fine for a single person. Quick response from the host and all issues were handled quickly and efficiently.

Great place to relax.

This rental is fabulous for families and additional guests. It’s got two separate quarters that are accessed from the outside. The upstairs has a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a loft and two beds in the master. The wraparound enclosed porch was my favorite. So calm and relaxing with some games for the kids to play. This location was clean and toiletry items were provided. One thing that I forgot to look for was if it had a washer and dryer or a blow dryer. Those things are not provided. If you’re wanting to do some extra activities we enjoyed going up to Margaritaville just know that most things up there are an additional cost and not included. We didn’t find anything that was included in our rental. Everything at Margaritaville was an additional cost, including the indoor pool. Fishing was hard to find we ended up going down by the dam. We were unable to find any docks that weren’t private or didn’t have no fishing signs.

There were 4 of us...one couple and two singles. Everyone had their own space and came together in the common area for meals and time together. The kitchen was well appointed and the home was very easy to live in. Thank you!

Amazing!!!

Took my family of hubby and teens & tweens there for Christmas. Perfectly cozy and open in the main living area for family gatherings. The bedrooms all had lots of room. Cozy loft for the 2 younger kids. The screened in porch is massive with very comfy/ new furniture. For the price this is the best bang for your buck. My whole family wants to stay there again. Thankyou Sarah for providing a stunning environment for our family's Christmas!!!! We want to come again ❤❤❤

The perfect cottage

The overall experience of our stay was AMAZING! The location, amenities, and ambiance was perfect. We spent a majority of our time in the screened in porch when we were at the cottage.
