Large living room w/ 4 couches (one w/ pullout queen bed), great kitchen, large deck, and bulkhead all on one private acre with 100 feet of low bank Puget Sound waterfront. One fire pit near the deck overlooks the water. Electric heat on the thermostat; free-standing fireplace. Private large bulkhead with second fire pit and steps to the private beach where you can walk for miles! Pristine, you can see the sunrise, sun all day then sunset, see eagles fly, and rest in a hammock! Also great boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. 10 miles to downtown Olympia; 3 miles to markets and a small community center. We have 3 kayaks w/ oars (2 single, and 1 double w/ removable pedals) and life jackets all for your use (complimentary). Pets are allowed only with prior written permission.
