"We are a family of 4, and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the PERFECT temperature which was awesome! Our 8 year old twin boys loved swimming there, and the adults were having a great time in the pool as well. Our room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with great water pressure. Breakfast was free and decent. This hotel is close to okanagan lake and other stores like Tim Hortons. Doug at the front desk was helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!"

"Great location and other than a few issues that were frustrating at check in where the resort and Expedia pointed their fingers at each other the time there was positive and both tried to provide a positive outcome. Biggest issue is rooms need blackout shades or drape as sun had us up at 6 am."
