our room was far from the resort with the pool, restaurant etc. However the golf cart transportation to and from our room was fantastic and ever had to wait long. I learned that if I was to return to request a room in cluster 2 or 5 which was closer to the resort.

Don't arrive at night unless you know exactly where you're going. It's a maze without addresses so finding anything is near impossible unless you've been there before. Apple maps takes you to the locked entrance/exit gate, and the employees will tell you to input 'service road' and follow that which is a pin that takes you to a dead end. If you're lucky they'll hand you a treasure map with an X on it so you can figure out where to go. The door on 624 had a 3/4" gap. So everything that's going on outside you now hear as it if was going on inside, right in front of you. The bugs? Come right on in fam! What about safety? I could gain entry from the outside in seconds. Pathetic. Blue painters tape where sloppy maintenance personnel either didn't see the work that needed to be done or just didn't take it off after the work was complete and no cleaning staff bothered to either. Come sunrise the flock of gasoline powered golf carts comes out and thanks to the door being practically open you hear everything like it's in there with you. I [over]paid for a weekend stay with my family to spend time with my dying father (this was the only place with availabilities) and just left after the first night, this place has nothing to offer me when I can't even enjoy a peaceful and safe night sleep with my family. We just came home instead. Imagine the illegitimate lovechild of a nasty 90's apartment complex and a cheap 90's hotel. That's this place hahahahaha

Overall the property was okay. But I did not appreciate the extra cost of $26 per night for resort fees after my stay was already paid for and I did not experience any other resort amenities. Also they placed valet charges on my bill with out giving any other parking opportunities $30 ea night. That was terrible, clear communication with customers instead of charging extra fees after your stay. Thankfully the kind receptionist took off the valet parking. Due to a wedding the day I stayed, but that is not fair to customers to not make them aware of these charges.

They make you valet your car no big deal they shuttle you to and from the registration area and your room. Until they dont come get you. Had to walk to the valet twice , not a short walk , maybe a mile. Everytime we called ahead to get our car they weren't available to get your car ahead of time, which is how they say to retrieve your car. Dont offer these amenities if you are not going to uphold them.

I booked this place just to rest with my daughters after a long day in a volleyball tournament so we just wanted to check in an go straight to our room to rest but it was not hat we experienced. We arrived around 11:30 pm and we were directed to the registration but when we arrived there is a calet parking service that do not allow us to park and told us we have to drive to a parking lot that is far away and wait there for a shuttle to get back to the registration so doing that took us about 40 mts to finally be able to complete the check in and them wait another 15 mts for a golf cart to take us to our room. The next day to check out we have to call desk to get a golf cart taking us to registration and then after checking out we had to wait another 15 mts outside in the sun in an uncovered area for another shuttle to take us back to out car in the parking lot to finally leave. Do not book here is you are in rush and just want a place to rest. To book here you need to have plenty of time and a lot of patience. I cannot rate the facility because we didn't have the time to explore the area.

The resort is doing 90 million dollars in upgrades. Our 2-bedroom suite was upgraded and was very nice. I had the pork at Rare and it was delicious, highly recommend. We went off site for dinner at Cooper's Hawk and it was amazing. The tennis camp was a lot of fun and also played pickleball. The pool area was just updated as well. They did plant all new vegetation but the 2 week cold spell killed everything unfortunately and must be redone. They are going to open the spa in March 2026 and there is a sports bar that is going to open. This was a great resort.. Had a blast.

When we arrived, we had to valet our vehicle and then be taken to our room by a golf cart. We didn't know we wouldn't have access to our vehicle the whole time. When we requested a golf cart to pick us up to bring us to the main resort, it took over 40 minutes to arrive. Also, the "cafe" doesn't open until 11am..so much for morning coffee.

Condition of the rooms are not great. I suffer from allergies and asthma. The air quality in the room was horrible. Carpeting and drapes being the culprit but also the air vents haven’t been cleaned hence my health from pollutant triggers. Staff are friendly, courteous, pleasant and very helpful. The sliding door in the bedroom does not lock. The windows slide open yet falls off track and is crooked when opened. Not an issue at first but eyebrow raised when front desk reminds me that it’s a renovated room.
