Dilapidated property . Broken blinds/ roller shade, facing the street level with no curtains to cover the window. Only sheer curtains. The manager was super sweet and wove a blanket over the shade to block the view from people passing by and the street lights.

Me and my family left as soon as we walked into the rooms. Paid almost $600 for two bedrooms (one night). What did we get? Beds undone and stained pillows, one bed had long hairs on it, bed headers stained and scratched. Bathroom floors with water and clogged sinks. Now the refund (if any) is being pointed/passed back and forth between the booking party and the hotel. Do yourself a favor and don’t book there, not even as a last resort.

The rooms were smelly, toilets were stained, bed comforters dirty and stained. We had two rooms. One of our party decided within 30 minutes not to stay and asked for a refund and were told the only had “15 minutes” to decide. Their neighbors had their doors opened and partying and the area reeked of weed. I stayed the night but would not sleep underneath the sheets.

Don’t get catfished like I did, the phots are old and most likely digitally enhanced. The rooms and property is all outdated. The green on the mini golf course for guests is faded, the chairs and tables for guests by the pool are broken and need to be replaced. Guests are allowed to have pets and they do not clean up after themselves nor do the staff. Be careful where you walk! The water pressure was terrible, shower head crusty and water smelled bad. The air conditioning system also doesn’t work in the room.

Okay for the price, very basic stay Howard Johnson on Colonial is not a great place, but it’s acceptable if you’re paying around $80 or less. This motel should not cost more than $80. Some rooms appear updated, but many are still outdated and very basic. The positives: the sheets were clean, which matters most, and they offer a nice complimentary continental breakfast in the morning. Parking is easy and convenient. The downsides: everything feels bare-bones, nothing more than what’s absolutely necessary. It’s not very quiet at night, with people walking around and noise outside. Overall, this is a budget motel — fine for a short stay if you know what you’re getting, but don’t expect comfort or upgrades.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. I've stayed there twice. The fabric furniture in the room was worn out and a bit stained, particularly the office chair and ottoman. The only major issue I had with the property in general is the proximity to the highway. It is extremely loud, particularly in the morning, and made it hard to sleep.

We did not stay the first room they gave us smelled of sewage and had a busted hose in the tube. when I went back to the office she gave me another room with two beds one of the beds was not made. Very dirty, the room was not cleaned, the towels were not replaced, under one of comforters was stained and dirty, the toilet had large dark brown stains, the place was really outdated.

The room was not clean. The shower curtain rod was broken. The floor was filthy and the linens smelled like body odor. The night time front desk worker was super rude. I wont be staying there again
