Specially what I like was a parking spot and parking fee was a reasonable, $45.00 per day with unlimited in-n- out. all staffs are so nice and patience. Room was excellent clean, no any smell.

We were surprised to find that each of the hotel rooms are owned by individuals and are not at all furnished like they were pictured in the advertising. This make it impossible to really know what your getting. The kitchen was there but we had to ask for silverware, bowls for salad and a cooking sheet. Honestly the kitchen was fairly useless. We bought food at Costco to prepare but some of it wasted because it was such a hassle to cook. Parking was on the seventh floor which meant an extra 5-7 minutes going round and round and round to get to parking. Spots were tiny! The end tables near the bed smelled sour. So sour we couldn’t but our clothes in them. They need to be replaced. The bathroom drawers needed some contact paper or something to cover the water stains. Let’s just say this place was definitely not worth $1500 for five days. By the end of the trip we were used to the accommodations and had accepted it as ok. This place was large but not maintained as well as it should have been.

We thought that the hotel was nice and we had a huge room with a full kitchen which was important to us. Overall it was great. However, the staff was clearly not empowered to solve any issues. I asked about the hot tub not working and was informed that it would not be attended to because it was "not an emergency". I asked for a stopper for the sink and was promised it but never received it. The tub had no stopper.

First staff who assisted us at front desk sent us to the 5th floor. The lady there sent us back down because we were at the right place before. The other lady at the front desk checked us in without issues. We like the hotel location. It’s convenient. The room was nice and spacious, but it had a smell. Maybe work on that as well. Thank you.

The staff was friendly, and helpful. Internet was poor , to no connection at all . Room , was nice, clean, and panoramic view. However, the parking costs me $420 ! $45 a day , which is out of proportion. For this only reason , don’t think I will stay again .
