The property was very clean, well-stocked, and in a great location for privacy and pleasant views. The check-in process was excellent and smooth. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and working well, and all bathrooms and appliances were in excellent condition. The reason for four stars rather than five is the issues we had with wifi streaming on the television. We had connectivity and buffering problems throughout the stay, both using a Roku device and when going directly through the installed apps on the TV itself. Ultimately, I had to run a personal hot spot, which was inconvenient and costly.This was a significant issue for our group, which spent a lot of time relaxing in the home. If you do not plan to use the TV streaming much, then it's a problem you could disregard. The only other con I would list is that one bedroom is right next to an AC unit, and the regular noise/buzzing from that is audible in the bedroom. Light sleepers should take that into account.
