"Rooms are a little small for 2 people. Bathroom is average. Location is great, but depending on the room you can hear the trains passing until midnight. "

"It’s a clean hotel 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. But rooms are quite cramped. The hallway is not wide enough to open a large (30 in) suitcase. It’s ok for a short business trip and just a small (26 in) suitcase, but probably too small if you are staying longer and do lots of shopping (I.e it won’t work if you are a couple traveling with two large suitcases per person)"

"The hotel is a great location. Bus from airport stops only 1 block from hotel. Beware the shower area includes a Japanese style. Have to work out the shower in the bathtub. Only bbc news English Channel. There is a Macas and a English pub nearby for cheap eats."

"Location, location, location. If you want to explore Shibuya, this is the place for you. The small inconveniences (late check-in time, no ice machine and their inability to call a cab for you) do not greatly take away from the quality of the property."
