I had to cancel my reservation the bed. The bedding was stained. The room smelled dogs kept barking as we’re walking in. I checked this out. Bathroom was not clean like to know what I need to do to get a refund.

We left despite losing our money. The halls smelled, the sheets were wrinkled, the beds poorly made, mattresses uncomfortable, there were crumbs on the chair, the bedcover was stained and everything was dingy. The reviews on the internet were horrible but Travelocity gave the property a good rating. Travelocity really led me astray on this one and I learned to independently check hotel reviews online in the future. Plus the amount I paid when I booked was a lot more than the hotel cost at the time of the visit. Altogether the worst Travelocity booking I’ve ever made.

The hotel was okay. The room was clean and staff was friendly. However, every night we had to bring our keys back to the front desk to get them reactivated which was a tad bit annoying. We also requested for housekeeping services in the morning and we removed all of the sheets and towels and placed them outside of the door before we left out for the day. When we came back in later that day, housekeeeping did NOT put new sheets or towels in the room. The matress was bare and we had to put our own sheets and pillowcases on the bed. Other than that, the stay was decent. Nothing to rave about, but also a good, affordable option.

I wish the room was cleaner, there was no remote control for tv, the water in the bathroom was barely warm, the blankets were extremely thin, so we had to heat the room better. However, the staff were polite! The breakfast was fine, too.

Room was not nice. Sheets had stains on them! Carpets were dirty!!! We got a ticket for parking at the top level of the hotel. Not happy. Water wouldn’t go down in the tub of a few of our rooms. Breakfast was not good even the waffle mix! The bean bags in lobby were stripping and looked unsanitary. Only positive is the view from The room. The staff were friendly though and helpful!

My son and I stayed here to be near the convention center which was a very convenient 6 minute drive. The hotel had a secure parking garage for just $15 per night which was great. The room had just enough space with all the amenities you need: microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron, etc. There were vending machines, laundry and hot breakfast was included too. Front desk staff was courteous and check-in and out was very quick and easy. My only complaint was that the towels are really small and our room faced the train station parking lot and people were really noisy in the middle of the night, though it's not the hotel's fault. Next time I'd just ask for a different room and bring my own bath towel.

1. The room had mold in the AC unit and the bathroom walls & floor. Went down to show pics and the guy at front desk said that “maintenance sprayed something on the walls, because they’ll be removing popcorn ceiling” it was a LIE and didn’t wanna change our room. 2. Then bathtub wouldn’t drain, took a shower and the water was still there 2hrs later, went downstairs to complain and finally got changed to another room. 3. There are no blankets on the bed, just 2 sheets and that’s it. There was a few hairs, on the towels and the sheets. Also, the second bathtub wouldn’t drain as well. 4. Parking lot is sketchy, as well as the hotel’s location 5. I was charged a fee for checking out early as I wasn’t satisfied, front desk said that hotels.com would charge the fee, and that’s not what (hotels.com) customer service said when I called them. Said fee went from $80 to $30, so front desk guy could’ve not charged me for it, but it is what. 6. Book at your own risk, you get what you pay for

Staff was ok. I checked in earlier, but did not have time to check out the room. When I got in after midnight. The room smells like maple syrup, the bed sheets though appeared washed (several wrinkles) had many stains(time for new sheets and pillows). The bathroom the ceiling paint is peeling, the toilet did not flush correctly, the shower head is rusted, and no running hot water. This hotel is not a 3.
