The rooms are on the smaller side and feel a bit dated, showing clear signs that a refresh is overdue. The buffet offers a wide variety of choices, which is a plus, but the overall quality and flavor are average at best. It looks better than it tastes. Overall, the hotel is functional and in a good location, but it lacks the polish and modern feel you’d expect. A renovation would significantly improve the experience."

"I booked the studio apartment room through Expedia and checked in around midnight after a long travel. Check in was long and my room smelled very strange. My shower didn’t have hot water and the staff tried to fix it twice. The washer/dryer combo shrunk some of my clothes so I switched to the communal free laundry service and the machines smelled as if they had never been cleaned. The “co working space” was OK when the internet was working but the staff and guests would continually walk through or talk, so it was really difficult to work there. Overall, I feel this may work for others but I would absolutely never return. I spent a lot of money on this trip and feel the value was 100% not there. "
