Housekeeping provided us with extra bath towels immediately and another staff member kindly greeted my elderly mom and held the door open for her while she used her walker to get into the hotel. The service level at this hotel far surpasses other hotels in the area. We will be repeat customers. The hotel backs to a lovely park on the Erie River and many people were enjoying a walk in the early evening. The highway exit is just down the road. Many dining options await travelers.
