The room and bed smelled like it hadn't been cleaned sheets smelled, there was a sign in the lobby that said no refunds sfter 15 mins of checking in. So i had no time to check the room out. No iron in room lights barely worked. Shower took forever to get warm

The reception Staff were lovely. The hotel itself needed some attention. The smoke alarm was missing in our room. One chair was wobbly. One out of 4 nights, our room did not get cleaned. Area, very quiet and safe.
