The house was exaxtly as pictured. The golf cart was a very nice perk. We only used our rental car once to drive over into Destin. The beach is a short golf cart trip away and beautiful! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

We had a great time! We usually stay on the ocean side but this was still a great location. Very clean and had a well stocked kitchen for accessories and some seasonings. Wish the golf cart was parked a little closer but very minor.

Nice place and location

The resort is easy to navigate and the rental was as expected. Comfortable to for the family. Clean and everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The golf cart made it very easy to get around the resort area and to the beach.

10 day vacay!

We had a good stay at the condo, everything was as described and only had a couple minor issues that were promptly addressed. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at your resort and enjoy the white sand beaches!

Anniversary get away

We always enjoy staying in this location, however, this time was very noisy. Workers were yelling right outside our window the first morning well before 8, then there was an incessant beeping from another unit for 2 days, finally the last morning leaf blowing started well before 8. The location, golf cart, cleanliness were all great.

Perfect mother/daughter getaway

The condo was the perfect place to stay with my mom, SIL and MIL! Great location in the Sandestin resort and very easy check-in process. We enjoyed the comfort and the beauty of this condo!

Not clean

Overall this property was not clean. There was a dirty spoon covered in peanut butter in the silverware drawer. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived so we had to wash other guest dishes along with all of the silverware because of the dirty spoon in with the clean silverware drawer. The garbage disposal smelled strongly of rotten food. I had to put dish soap down the sink to help with the strong smell. The exhaust fan in the main bathroom is very dirty, and covered in thick dust. There were also dust balls on the lamps in the main bedroom I had to clean. The clean towels were put under the sink in the main bathroom touching the toilet plunger. Unfortunately, we did not notice this until after we dried off with these towels. The windows are large and overlook the beautiful pond but are so dirty you can barely look out of them. The screen doors are hard to open and close and are also very dirty. The washing machine and dryer are very old and very small. You can only wash about 3 towels at a time and the machine itself is loud and missing parts on the front of the unit. It definitely needs replacing. We booked this property because of the 5-star ratings on VRBO but unfortunately, our experience could have been much better. The condo is mostly renovated but it needs some deep cleaning and minor repairs to be complete. The TV in the living room would not connect to the internet so we could not watch TV in the living room our entire trip.

Beautiful well equipped property!

Great property, very clean, well furnished and all the amenities that you need. The view off the porch was great and my daughter loved seeing all of the turtles in the pond next to the rental. My husband loved the use of the golf cart and there are so many amazing houses down all of the side streets to see. I loved the pool and staying on resort gives you access to all 4 pools. There is a pool nearby but another one down the street that has a great baby lol area for our 3 year old. Would definitely stay at this property again. The rental company and Tracy were very easy to work with as we had a few requests.

Loved! Loved! Loved!

Stayed here with my teens/ adult children. We all loved it! We didn’t have to drive anywhere. We all enjoyed riding the golf cart to the beach, shops, restaurants. The condo was so nice and clean and beds were comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

Family Beach Vacation

Nice clean rental. Plenty of room for our family (3 adults, 2 kids). Loved having access to a golf cart this year. So convenient for trips to the Wharf and the beach. Property manager was always available for any questions we had prior to our trip.

Great vacation!

We have a wonderful week at this property. The golf cart was an added bonus for ease of getting around the property, to the beach and dinners! The only negative is that we were unable to access the different community pools as advertised in the listing. Starting 6/1/2022, there are attendants at each community pool and only those who rent thru Sandestin directly can now utilize the community pools. We were still able to use the neighborhood pool however. Overall great stay and would book again!

Great stay and great location!

We loved staying at this unit. It was a perfect location that was super close to everything and with having access to the golf cart, we were able to ride around everywhere. We had our 2 small kids with us and we all had the best time! Would definitely stay here again!

Great home and great location

The home was very convenient to everything on the resort and was exactly as described. The “association president” is not pleasant and was very disrespectful when we brought some groceries back in the golf cart, parked in our parking spot to unload and was told “you have 10 minutes!” He continues to roam the parking lot looking for “offenders"
